Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times
Exhibition Items – Items that are part of our current exhibition ‘Fathers + Sons’ (on show at our Kempsey Gallery from 1/6/23 to 31/8/23) will not be shipped or cannot be collected from the Kempsey Gallery until after 1/9/23. You will receive notification from us when your items have been shipped or are ready for collection.
Non-Exhibition Items – For items not included in our current exhibition, orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic and International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery timelines for Domestic and International shipping vary greatly depending on the destination and shipping demands/volumes on and/or interruptions to transport services, which are beyond our control.
For International Shipping – Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Coolamon Arts Hub is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the customer’s responsibility.
In-Store Pick-Up
You can skip Shipping Fees with free local pickup from Annecto Kempsey, 2/33 Smith Street, Kempsey, New South Wales. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 7 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Checking Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours from the time of the notification email for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at coolamon@annecto.org.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds and Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your order, you should mail your product to: Coolamon Aboriginal Art Gallery, 2/33 Smith Street, Kempsey, New South Wales, 2440.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at coolamon@annecto.org.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
